"Beverly came on board as a Digital Doer through Manaaki as part of her internship about 6 weeks before the launch of Chooza.
As we were getting close to launch there was a wide range of functions to perform, with varying degrees of urgency and levels of technical skills required.
Beverly was able to navigate the constantly shifting sands of a start-up, especially at such a fluid and critical time in the project.
Her ability to quickly find where she could add the most value and run with those opportunities created a real safe pair of hands for the work she was doing.
I would say that as far as internships go, starting 6 weeks before launch is very much getting thrown into the deep end and a baptism of fire that will be useful for both Beverly and whoever she works with in the future."
